Our platform only provides links to, or references, materials that are hosted by third parties (such as Google Drive or other cloud storage services). These links are to publicly available sources. We act in good faith and will expeditiously remove or disable access to any links upon receiving a valid notice of claimed copyright infringement.

We are fully prepared to take down any link or content reference immediately if a copyright owner, author, or authorized publisher contacts us with a legitimate claim.

Requirements for a Valid DMCA Notice

To be effective, your notice must be in writing and include ALL of the following (as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

Please note: Providing false or misleading information in a notice may result in liability for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees).

What We Do Upon Receiving a Valid Notice

Upon receipt of a compliant notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified link(s)/material. We may notify the user who posted the link (if applicable) and provide them with your notice details.

Counter-Notices

If your content/link was removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Include the required elements (your contact info, identification of removed material, good-faith statement, consent to jurisdiction, etc.), and send it to the same email above.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, Urdu Novel may terminate or disable access for users who are repeat infringers (e.g., those who repeatedly post infringing links after warnings or notices).
